Broekx makelaar is a very good makelaarij. I was very satisfied with the outcome and glad I could get this apartment. They helped providing I sights about the apartments j was interested in and even went to 2 viewings with me (out of 10). They were very patient explaining the process to me, which I appreciate as I am a new buyer and foreigner. The overview available to keep track of mortgage status is very useful! The only thing I would have liked is that they are very busy so sometimes I had to remind them to check on things, or would find a face to face slot not immediately (only a few days wait), which would not be a problem except I wanted to be fast for personal reasons. Nevertheless, they were always able to help even with night time slots. Overall I think it was a good experience and would use their services again.
